to full bodied wine with complex flavours of red berries, chocolate and coffee. Very fine, dusty tannins complete the wine
and provide great length and persistence.
Pewter Series Shiraz, Barossa Valley, Australia. Tempus Two
Powerful cassis and chocolate aromas with charred overtones. Some pepper, cinnamon and coffee characters from oak
ageing present in the background. A full bodied wine with soft tannins, intense raspberry and blackberry flavours,
pepper and spice. Cassis and earthy overtones complete the wine.

Sweet strawberry fruit with an attractively rounded palate. Well-balanced by crisp cranberry acidity.
