Vinho Tinto, Portugal. Escapada
A blend of Castellao, Touriga Nacional and Syrah. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits. On the palate, concentrated dark
cherry and blackcurrant flavours combined with a fresh acidity, fine oak notes and firm but smooth tannins. Pleasant
and persistent aftertaste (vegan).
Lisboa Valley Red, Lisboa, Portugal. Adega Mãe
Roble-style young red. Ruby red in colour, the nose offers intense notes of raspberries, cassis, violet and pepper. The palate is
youthful, bursting with ripe red fruits supported by fine tannins and a crisp, refreshing acidity.
Castelao Merlot, Tejo IGP, Portugal. Monte Bruto
A really deep, youthful colour with a very expressive nose of red and black cherries, violets, blackberries, spice and a
hint of cassis. The palate is nicely structured with finely-grained tannins and a long finish.
Touriga Nacional, Península de Setúbal, Portugal. Vinha da Fonte
Ripe aromas of dark cherries, plums and sweet spices from the French and American oak. On the palate it is a very
concentrated wine, with soft tannins and juicy, fresh fruit notes. An intense yet lively wine with a spicy finish.
Douro Tinto, Duorum Estate. Portugal. Castelo do Vinteiro
Silky black plum and prune with an intriguing exotic character, ravishing notes of blackberries, figs, morello cherries
and spices (sustainable).
Falcoaria Red, Tejo, Portugal. Quinta do Casal Branco
Deep and intense ruby color. Intense aroma of ripe red fruits and spices. Good structure, with marked notes of red fruits and
spices, soft tannins but all in a very balanced set. The finish is long and velvety.
