A blend of Fernao Pires, Moscatel and Arinto. Light, fresh and crisp with notes of white pear, blossom, melon, lemon
sherbets and lemon bon-bons. Pretty and fresh with balancing acidity (vegan).
Vinho Verde DOC, Portugal. Escapada
Made from the regions traditional varieties (Trajadura, Loureiro, Arinto and Avesso). It is a fresh, fruity, light and
mineral (vegan).
Loureiro, Vinho Verde, Portugal. Casal de Ventozela
Aromas of fresh apple with persistent fruity taste. Full and fresh at the same time, round on the palate with refreshing acidity.

Vinho Verde is in the far north of Portugal, a cool area with tempering Atlantic breezes and frequent rainfall. This
unique climate retains acidity in grapes, giving this wine its bright, crisp finish. Expect aromas of white pepper, green
apple and citrus fruit (vegan / sustainable).
Falcoaria White, Tejo, Portugal. Quinta do Casal Branco
This is a single-varietal wine made from Portugal’s indigenous Fernão Pires grape. 65-year-old vines create incredible
complexity and it’s subtlety aged in French oak – so think of it as Portugal’s answer to fine white Burgundy.
