Very supple and juicy with notes of black cherry, Morello cherry, red plums and raspberry
jam. This is balanced and easy drinking.
Primitivo, IGT Salento, Italy. Doppio Passo
Doppio Passo gets its name from the 'ripasso' style of winemaking - a technique that gives
extra body and texture. The winery also uses a proportion of later harvested, super-ripe
grapes to give a silky smooth texture with plump, jammy fruitiness.
Fumu Rosso, Terre Siciliane IGT, Italy. Casa Vinicola Botter
Intense with fine, fruity hints of red berries and subtle smoke aromas. Nice balance with a
velvety soft tannin structure and a persistent spicy finish.

warm finish.

fruits and spicy overtones. Balanced, rounded, plush with velvety tannins.

notes and toast-like hints.
