Reserve Merlot, Rapel Valley, Chile. Bodega Volcanes
Smooth and expressive with aromas and flavours that offer a pleasant mix of dark fruits
especially plums and black cherries with subtle hints of cedar and smoke too. Approachable
with medium-body and round tannins.
País Viejo, Maule Valley, Chile. Bouchon
Bright wildflowers, rosehips, cherries and wild strawberries, very fresh and juicy
style (vegan).
Carménère Reserva, Colchagua Valley, Chile. Araucano
Deep crimson colour. Fresh and intense aromas of prune, white pepper and hints of as
rosemary, thyme and eucalyptus. The mid-palate is round with a dense tannic structure.
The aromatic length is dominated by notes of red fruits which adds contrast and
complexity to this interesting wine.
Syrah Reserva, Colchagua Valley, Chile. Humo Blanco
Ruby colour with good depth and purple highlights. White pepper, liquorice, black cherries
and warm spice leading to an elegant, supple finish.
Rosé
Rosé, Central Valley, Chile. Volandas
Crisp and reasonably dry with a medium pink colour and lots of raspberry jam
flavours (vegan).
Rosé, Central Valley, Chile. Peregrino
Dry, fruity, deep coloured Rosé, showing prominent cherry character and a lovely
balancing acidity that gives a refreshing clean finish (vegan).
Rosé, Central Valley, Chile. Rio Roca
Medium dry with a juicy palate and a pleasant hint of summer fruits.
